What is to do? i mailed abuse@bbo but they dont give a correct solution. I,ve marked some nicks in black, i add them to Ignore list, and the moment i log again, wham, they are there not anymore... so keep pestering me with stupid messages.

We have limits on total number of Friends ( and, as in your case , enemies ). They're about 1500 or 2000 or so, depending on whether you're using the windows client or the mobile client or the web client.
When u go past the limit, the symptoms you describe occur. In your case you're using the mobile but you have marked more than the max # of enemies.
One of these days I'll emit a message that lets you know why this is happening. In the short run, we can erase some of your older enemies ( the ones who have not logged in in a long time ) if you like.
