small notice re allowing BBO to access my infomation won't let me proceed onto site to play

I think it has something to do with Adobe Flash Player, but no matter what I do, I can't get rid of this little square and because I can't, I can't proceed to join a table. Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas how to fix this?
