Playing 2/1 game force, what are some recommended followups for the following auctions:
1N (3C) ??
1N (3D) ??
Assume 1N is a normal 15-17.
My focus is tweaking my system for matchpoint events, but I'm welcome to recommendations for all forms of scoring. It's not clear to me whether certain bids should be forcing, invitational and/or transfers. Thanks.

Over 1NT-(3♣), there is a pretty obvious scheme if you are willing to playing slightly less than natural:
DBL Takeout
3♦ Hearts
3♥ Spades
3♠ Diamonds
3NT To play
4♣ Both Majors
4♦ Hearts
4♥ Spades
You can play 3♦/♥ as (A) "Invitational+" or (B) "Could be to play". The advantage of Method A is that opener, with a max and no fit, can bid 3NT instead of completing the transfer. The advantage of Method B is that you can play 3M.
1NT-(3♦) is a lot tougher. I would tend to play DBL as takeout and 3M as natural and forcing, but if you like you can also play
DBL Hearts
3♥ Spades
3♠ Stayman / Stopper Ask
DBL Takeout
3♦ Hearts
3♥ Spades
3♠ Diamonds
3NT To play
4♣ Both Majors

My recommendation? Spend your brain cells elsewhere...have decent meta-agreements about interference so you have some clue what you're doing, but unless you are not just a pro player but a pro player with permanent partner I can't see how a rather obscure sequence like this that comes up maybe one a year is worth having system for.

One simple option over 3c is:
x=stayman
rest is system on so say:
3d and 3h=tfr
3s=mss and other minor suited hand types.
4c=gerber
4d and 4h=texas
4s=quant with minors.
4nt=quant often 4333.
easy to remember as system is basically on.
--
over 3d then:
x=negative/value showing generally gf.
new suit forcing.
