Currently you have option to confirm cards by double clicking on card.
This to easy to do mindlessly. I suggest confirm cards by clicking an OK button like for confirming bids <edit>INSTEAD of double clicking.</edit>

There is toggle for it in the options, I think.

Yes, right above the one that says "confirm cards". I was wondering how OP knew about one but not the other.

He knows about both of them, he's just suggesting that card confirmation should work differently.
