Wrong "correct back" after Gib's RKCB

This is a logic mistake.
After 4nt, Gib W answers 5♣,it only shows 3 keycard,zero ckeycard is impossible,so it is unnecessary for Gib W to make "correct back" again.

An ancillary point arising: Is it ever right to use RKCB if you have zero keycards yourself? If the answer to that is no, then raising with 3 is not so bad.

I believe that Gib E can know 5♣ with 3 keycards,Gib E want 4 keycards to bid up to 6♠.
