Yes, you've seen this hand before... Not just no heart stopper, but not even close!

Maybe the auction should start with 2♥ by opener? Does it help EW find a makable game? Probably. But EW make game here, so long as a heart is not the opening lead.
After opener passes, I don't see any problems with the auction.

I prefer 2D rebid by West over (suggested) 2S.
Diamonds are more likely to be the right trump denomination. Responder has denied 4 spades but not 4 diamonds.

I think GIB sample hands showed ♥AK opposite ♥QJ10xxxxxx so hearts are blocked and 3NT rolls

You don't see any problems with an auction that ends in 3NT instead of 6 of either minor when the partnership has 28 of 30 HCP outside of hearts and they have two small opposite void in hearts?
