After my rebid 1nt ,GIB then rebid 2♠,who know what GIB wanna to describe in further with balanced hand?so I think 2♠ was a unnecessary bid,GIB should bid up to 3nt after my 1nt and never disclose more information.

Agreed. Nice discipline to not open 1N with your 14HCP, offset by your subsequent lie :)
