A unreasonable bid definition in basic GIB

After 2nt,I have to say I have no way to show my good hand with majors long suits even in basic GIB :
1- If overcall 3♦,it showed 5+♦,15P+ total points.
2- if overcall 4♦,it will show 7+♦,preemptive !

How can I do next?
