does this sequence have any meaning in 2/1?

any difference if just playing standard with 1N non-forcing?

Logically I think it has to be a splinter in support of opener's minor, and a maximum for the forcing NT response. So some 10-12 points, singleton or void in spades, fewer than 3 hearts, and at least 5 cards in opener's minor.

If 1NT is old style standard (balanced, about 6-9 HCP) 3♠ is an impossible bid.
