Mentor/Mentee Vugraph?

Our Unit is hosting a 28 table Mentor/Mentee game next weekend. After the game we plan to put 4 of our Mentors in the “hot seat”. The mentors will replay some of the interesting hands from the game via laptops connected to BBO and provide the audience with insight into their thought processes. (we hope!). The BBO teaching table will be projected on a wall to allow the audience to follow the bidding and play.

We have the workings of the teaching table and how to upload hands from the game sorted out, thank you Diana!

I know this type of thing has been done before so I would love to know what works or doesn't work, what potential problems do I need to be aware of ?
