Pass. I don't think it's close unless you play X is penalty (I'd still pass, but I don't hate making a penalty double here).

I have 3 (maybe) sure tricks, and if partner has Jxx of hearts, then that could easily be a trick (if declarer has AKT9xxxx or misguesses the finesse) or a trick in diamonds or clubs--he doesn't need much.

It's nearly certain that we can't make anything, but the sacrifice could easily be a phantom one.

If partner balances here with a double...then I'd probably bid 4S, but could likely be convinced that passing is correct.
