Weak bids can be done too weak now?

I noticed in a recent update that they GIB was going to make certain weak bids more easily than before, but there's no way it should make them with this bad of a hand. The description also says it should have better than it does.

At least from your own hand, you can tell that the bid description is gibberish especially the 5+ in 8421 pts in diamonds. Is this the real reason GIB was named GIB because it uses gibberish.

3rd level openings weren't affected since the last V22.

So V21 also opens 3♦ here.

However, it will be reviewed if there is a hole allowing weak weak openings.
