The highlight of a mostly forgettable session on BBO tonight was this hand:
Partner's hand
♠ A Q 5 2
♥ A K 9 4
♦ 9 7
♣ A 10 9
My hand
♠ K J 3
♥ J 8 7 6 5
♦ 10 4 3
♣ K 4
Playing in 4♥, the play started with ♦A, ♦K (RHO playing ♦J, ♦2), then ♦Q, ruffed with the ♥9, RHO playing ♣5. A club to the king was followed by a remarkable first-round of trumps: ♥5, ♥2, ♥4, ♥3.
It's not often that the first round of trumps contains the 2, 3, 4, and 5.

How often do you win a finesse with a 5? (On the first round of trumps?)

I can beat that.
Very thin but excellent slam, trump suit Q109762 opposite A854, 3 trumps missing, just need not to lose 2 tricks in trumps, led the 2-3-4-shows out.

Very cool!
(Although I still contend that my 5 beats your 4. )

Much more stupid than that, on a crazy hand where stuff was being ruffed and overruffed left right and centre, I won the last 2 tricks with the trump 5 and 4 while an opponent followed with the 3 and 2.
