Win the lead, cash 5 rounds of trumps throwing 2 hearts followed by 3 rounds of clubs ending in dummy, and hope for this layout (West having been forced to throw a heart already):

Win, pull trump, cash the clubs ending in dummy, run all the trump but 1, reducing to dummy with x xxx void void and us with void AK 10x void.

If LHO has 4 hearts and the KQJ of diamonds, he has to keep 3 hearts and stiff his diamond, now heart to the A, ruff diamond good and claim.

Yes, play the hand as a trump squeeze.

For squeeze fanatics, I believe there are some making layouts when hearts are 3-3. Or even the length in RHO! :)

just for soemthing different, cash A after trumps then do the trump squeeze using A as the squeeze card.
