Pass or Raise and how close is it?

KQJTxx
Axx
x
QJx
KQJTxx
Kx
x
Axxx
for example, and i think these are the max for this bid or he could DBL with more or bid game himself. Eventhough we may have a play in 4♠, the fact that this is mp justifies passing imo. Note that some people would already bid game with those holdings. Pd may have weaker hands than this where 3♠ would be a great place to play regardless of we make or not.
For example i would bid 3♠ with
KQJTxx
Qx
x
Axxx

Partner is under pressure if he has short diamonds since we are almost never going to balance with length. If he has a very good suit I imagine he will bid with most hands that have a stiff diamond esp white at MP. If his suit isn't great he will pass wtih very minimum hands that are 6313 but with something a little more than minimum I imagine he will X or bid 3S.
Timo gave examples of KQJTxx and a stiff diamond, I cannot imagine partner ever passing with that. Maybe depending on your weak 2 style he would open a lot of those 2S in third seat but I would bid with KQJTxx Qxx x Axx all day and can't imagine passing.
Partner's max is probably a bit less than he would need to bid 1S p 1N p 3S or something, perhaps adjusting for a stiff diamond being known as good.
Constructing hands seems pretty pointless/moot though given that our hand is completely unexceptional for our auction so far so we just pass.

The question is how much did the X promise, ok I have 2 jacks, i.e. point count
needs to be devalued, but I am certainly max for the bid.
Partner was not asked to speak, he did freely.
And I am bidding game, I prefer to go down in a worthy cause.
I think playing MP, passing 3S is ok, not my cup of coffee, but ok.
With kind regards

All in all I think game will only make if ♥J becomes a useful card, I find it against odds so I would pass.

So Timos hand would be the absolute minimum for a 3 ♠ rebid now. He is allowed to hold KQJxxx,AT9,x, QJx too....
What is the actual wisdom, what should partner do with KQxxxxx,Ax,x, AQx? Jump to 4 ♠?

Yes, a few spot cards can make a big difference. But you've given partner a fitting 10 and a fitting 9, which is a bit much to hope for.

Yes, he should bid 4♠ with that. When we reduce the lower limit for for an action to allow for competition, we have to reduce the higher limit too.
This occurs in lots of competitive auctions. For example, after 1♠ (3♦) you have to be able to compete to 3♠ on a 4432 6-count, so with a real 3♠ bid you should jump to game.
