If you use next suit to ask for Kings, does 4N show the ♥K ?
If 4N shows the ♥ King, does 5♠ asks partner to bid 6 with the ♠K?

If 4NT shows the ♥K, then it also denies the ♠K.

I would think 4N would be exploring at least 6 over a 4♥ K ask and 4♠ showing the ♠K. But you don't need to bid 6♥, you could show a different K or Q along the way.

After
1m:1M
1N:4♣ (1430 Gerber)
4♦:4♥
if 4♥ asks for specifc kings then I would use 4NT to show the ♥K and deny the ♠K. It is arguably better to use denial responses here since we are more likely to want to sign off in a suit where the king is not held.
After
1m:1M
1N:4♣ (1430 Gerber)
4♦:4♥ (specific K ask)
4♠
4NT should asks for additional specific kings, not specifically the ♥K. It is enough to respond 5♥ with the ♥K and no minor suit king. I am assuming in this that the 4♣ bid does not agree any particular suit as trumps.

I've never used or come across a "number of aces" ask followed by specific king ask in Gerber. Is this normal these days? I have always seen "number of aces" followed by "number of kings". Of course you can agree anything here with a specific partner, but what would be accepted as normal?
