Pull trumps ending in dummy and run the J. It makes as long as trumps aren't 5-0 or clubs 5-1 with Q offside (and they find the spade switch)

An improvement is to draw only two rounds of trumps, keeping Q, before running J. That gains when LHO has five clubs and three hearts.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

A different (and better) improvement is to cash all five trumps (throwing a diamond and a spade) before running the clubs. LHO wins and returns a spade. When we cash the clubs from the top, finding someone with five, that may squeeze the other hand in spades and diamonds.

In fact, there may be a rather unusual double squeeze. Suppose that West has xxx xx Qxx Qxxxx. He has to keep the clubs, and he has to keep a spade exit. Hence he has to unguard diamonds. Now when West exits with a spade, we cash the clubs, and East is squeezed in spades and diamonds. So it's a double squeeze where one player is squeezed without the count, and the other with the count.
