In BBO now we have to type all 8 names ,which is not friendly , i propose a better method
like drag and drop from interested ids, please put your comments

Welcome to BBO forums Shekharban. 
If you use the new BBO version to play and create team games, you won't need 8 names. They are started like normal main bridge club tables - just start your team game and wait for people to join.
Not many people do this right now, but you can try to open team match, then ask for "subs" to join your team match for a fast match.

I think he means drag the names from an existing list rather than type in those 8 names using the keyboard. It doesn't seem like a bad idea, but it might be a little hard to implement, I don't really have any programming experience to know though.
