to beat this we need partner to score ♣A, our ♥A and another trick, tha trick cannot come ffrom a minor, so only hearts or spades avaible.
IMO our best chance is that partner has ♠K or ♠K10 onside, lead a spade.

I think partner is more likely to have heart shortness than ♠K. I would lead ♥A.
