i signaled that one player (signed as a friend) is able to chat with me during team match or when kibitzing, without to be seen by other players.

Not a bug. It's an option in the team match or the table settings, that establishes whether chat from kibs is allowed or not. If chat allowed, kibs can send private chat to players.
