Assuming SAYC or 2/1, IMO
2 (Bid NT/reverse later) = 10, 2 = 9, _P (Show 2 suits later) = 7, 3 = 6, 1 = 5, 1 = 4, psych = 2.

If you are planning on making a second bid anyway then Muiderberg would be a decent option I think. 2H and then jump to 5D next if the opponents bid spades?

Generally I dislike opening Muiderberg with a longer minor though.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

I would open 4D. Forget about a heart fit. If our side has a good heart fit the opponents can make a game themselves.
On the other hand, by opening 4D it is more likely LHO is going to make a mistake and maybe a big mistake.
