2C.

Since p is a passed hand, I can take some liberties, but if you have
agreed that this hand qualifies for a 3C overcall, that would be fine
as well, the difference between 2C and 3C is purely a tactical.

As above. 2 is ideal, 3 is a bit too aggressive.
