Worth a try?

Definitely not a "WTP". Crap hand, GREAT spades, not possible to have shown KQX before because strain was still in doubt and a jump to 4S would have preempted partner if he was coming in hearts.
Everything else about my hand is worst possible, even the diamond cue --so I surrender.

Pass seems clear to me. Partner could not cue 4♥, we already showed a diamond card: if all partner needed was KQx of trumps, and she really has everything else covered, we would have heard more from her.
(Unless you play Last Train, but in that case, this hand is not worth a try if partner can't bid it)

Pass WTP.
You have shown your fit and diamond cue.
Sure P could have Axxxx Qx Axxx AQ, but how about AJxxx xx AQxx Ax?
I think p should realise that ♥Q is a great card so blame him!
