Is this ACBL GCC legal?

See: ACBL Convention Charts

2NT asking for aces, undefined hand type.

(btw responses are 3 0-3 aces, 3 4 aces)

If 2NT is not legal, is 4NT opening asking for aces legal, and why the difference?

It's legal if it's "strength showing" (Opening bids - 4). Now the 5 page debate about what that term means and how dumb the ACBL is for not defining it and all the various different inconsistent rulings people have gotten on that point.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

2NT asking specific Aces seems much better. Maybe 'right' Ace(s) promotes to moose.
If general number Aces, just show big hand. Why ask?

I was just curious if partner had all the aces, director. We might miss 3N after all.
