Convention cards -- how to view other players' Convention cards

I don't know how to find and view the convention cards oter players have filled out. I suspect this is possible because I am occasionally asked for mine (I finally filled one out). Where would I find instructions for use of others' convention cards?

Are you using the Windows app or the web page?

For future info, questions about using BBO apps more properly belong in the BBO Support forum, this forum is for novice questions about bridge, not BBO.
