I joined a BBOland-Tourney and played 4♠ from South. 8 tricks in the bag and leading the ♥A time was over.

Discarding club, ruffing ♦ and it´s made at least.

Adjustment 4♠-1!

TDs make mistakes, but even after an explanation he says "skore is ok".

I wanted to know now, who BBOland is, because I pay money to play their tourneys and expect to get an experianced player as TD. There is no hint on their homepage (BBOland.com) who they are and no link to nothing but Bridgebase Onlne. Even the "Related links" button doesnt link anything.

Does anybody know how I can get messages to them? Is there any quality check by BBO? Or do we have to care for ourselfs? If so, be careful!

There are a few independent clubs on BBO. In no order, bbo land, sky club, bbo poland, bbo turkiye, Ilacy, BIL, bbo italia


BBO stands by them in the abstract, but refers you to the club (before coming to us) if you have trouble, and if you feel comfy talking to the club owner. We're always here ( support@bridgebase.com ) if you can't get satisfaction. Most, if not all of the independent clubs are quick to refund unhappy customers.

What BBO probably can't get into is the quality of individual rulings, etc. The most we can do is offer a refund. We do have a keen interest in making sure the customers of each club are satisfied, though.
