Double and lead a diamond. I could easily be convinced that double is too aggressive here.

When Kevin gave me this hand I passed and led a diamond. I am now regretting one of my choices.

I find this close between double and 5♦. I have talked myself into 5♦ but if the minor was clubs I would probably double. At first I doubled here but I changed my mind.

Seems obvious to lead a diamond. If it doesn't work then oops?

Playing a weak NT structure, I would surely bid a confident 5 Diamonds, because partner has extras or shape.

With the given methods, Partner needs something like Qxx,xx,AKxx,Axxx for you to make 5 diamond- and you still have some ugly guesses in the black suits and need diamonds 2-2.

But if he has less then two aces, thewy could even make 4 Heart, so I bid 5 Diamonds anyway.

Can I play DSIP X with my about 10 support points for S,D,C? X asks partner to go up with his 2nd suit or 5D, passing with H-KQx+. What would he expect from this hand? What would be left for him to reopen 4S,5C,5D, X? What hands would pass this out but likely lose? I think X tells him what to do if he has a middling 14 with H-xxx.
