Could anyone tell me why USA president choose to wear costume, white skirt with tie when he was speaking in town hall is Strasbourg for alot of young people. Why not something more sporty.

Obviously you don't understand American exceptionalism and Amerciaan thinking - the white shirt and tie IS sporty, it's the rest of the world who has it wrong.

He wore his white skirt because his much more sporty red dress was out to the cleaners.
If a more serious answer is wanted, I imagine it is because he believes this is the proper attire for a president when he is speaking in public. He chooses his own clothes, the members of the audience choose what they will wear, personally I cannot see a problem with this approach.

I KNEW that he should have shown up wearing baggies with his boxers "puffed" and a basketball shirt with lots of bling....imagine the feedback...
(something about the U.S. dressing its "gangsta" rep....d'ya feel me?)

No need for be such drastic,,but i do think many young people well would atleast afterwards had been well more impressed with some more timberylike dressing,,oh well
