I guess 3S is not a cue, so I would go with 4D,
which should set the suit, over 4H, I will bid
4S, and pass after 5D.

When I bid 3 ♠ do I have a way to ask for KCs in heart or in both red suits after 3 NT? And can I ask for KCs after a 4 club bid (showing a shortess, I guess)?
If the answers are yes, I go for 3 ♠.
Else I try 4 ♦.

I would rather bid 3♥ before, this would emphasis that the heart AKQJ are important, in diamonds we should be ok as long as partner has either K or Q.
As the system seems to go it also would make partner forget about 3NT.
It has the drawback that we could end in 6 hearts where 6 diamonds is the right contract though (some of that scientific naturalist thing?)
Whatever 3 spades is suposed to mean I will bid it.

btw I assume 2h and then 3h is weaker than direct 3h(promising 6h and 4d?) over 2c?
