Scoring: IMP

(3)-P-(3N)-X,
(XX)*-P-(P)-?

*implies doubt

Do you sit, or do you take action? Do you disagree with X in the first place at this vulnerability?

If double is takeout of diamonds (as it is for me), this is a WTP Pass.
Partner's pass of the redouble is to play.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

Your X is open for interpretation; this is a casual partnership, and the auction has not been discussed.

That is a weird meaning of redouble.
I would pass and hope that partner knows this double is takeout. What else can you do? If we can't beat 3N, 4M will be a disaster, too.
(I guess I need a doubt-showing reredouble.)

Against what is likely a takeout double?
