If your 2NT rebid shows extra values, I quite like 2NT here. Trying for the 9 trick vulnerable game.
Otherwise, just 2 like everyone else. I don't like 3 at all.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

I'd go for the 2S as well, 3S is far too much and 2NT doesn't show extras for me.
