Thankfully, executive orders exist to clarify and regulate the power that might, somehow, not be maintained by the forces of law and order and subjugation and impoverishment and enslavement etc. etc.

It is interesting to note the all-inclusive and highly vague nature of the "emergency situation" that would institute this executive order....nobody sneeze now...
