I most likely pass, but what has partner shown?
i.e. has he shown a limit raise with 3 card ♠ (easy pass), 10+ with 3 card ♠ (still pass), or game force with 3 card ♠ (maybe bid, maybe pass)?

That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

Clear pass IMO. I like all side suit holdings, but have terrible trumps. If this is what partner need for slam he should have tried 5♠, not 4.

easy pass, partner could just have a 3 card limit raise and didn't try anything like 5S knowing we have 18. We have terrible trumps

Its not what we have shown, is what partner has shown, partner couldn't tell you he had spade fit untill now.

I wouldn't pass with King of hearts and this hand. I don't buy partner converting with some Txx of spades.

I would expect Kx is a fairly ordinary holding for 3NT showing 18-19 balanced and not three hearts.

I did a simulation and on average with two hearts and 18-19 hcp you will have 3.2 hcp in hearts. The mode is 4 hcp - an ace (most common) or a KJ.

I'm mildly surprised by the size of the majority. My hand seems as good in spades as it's reasonable to expect on the auction, and decent hearts and spade honours seems a fair probability from partner for his four spades.
It's not a surpise I have one of the top two heart honours, but I am the player in possession of the good news that I do in fact have that top honour.
