I can not be certain how many tricks we are making:
Would partner bid the same way with K, Jxxx, Ax, AJTxxx, and Kx, AJxx, x, Axxxxx ?

6♣ will often be a good spot, I can't ever count 13 tricks, so I just bid 6♣.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

I would bid 4N and then 7 opposite 3, 6 opposite 2. This is perhaps impure but I don't think we can ever get to 7 with a cuebidding auction, there is just too much to figure out below 6C and we have too many of the critical cards for partner to be able to do it. I think our best shot of finding out about the ace of clubs is this.

This looks too difficult to be certain. Its conceivable that we are off the ♣A. Somehow I needed to show the heart void earlier to have an intelligent auction. Now we can never find out for certain unless we try 4NT and partner has three.

Failing that we can make another try or two and see what partner says. 5♦ might get something other than 5♥ from partner. Now with no heart honour it is virtually certain that partner has something like ♠ K ♥ Qxxx ♦ Ax ♣ AJxxxx.

All we need for a good seven is six clubs to the ace (or five to the AJ) - ergo. the ACE of clubs is the KEY CARD - in addition to what partner has already shown. EZ -munny. Not much of a problem opposite pard's actual hand.

"Josephine" asks for 2 of the top 3, not 1 of the top 3.

There is a case to be made to play a sort of kickback Josephine where the Josephine bid is the step immediately above five of the trump suit. Then you can have a serious of sophisticated responses showing 0, 1, 2 and 3 honours or whatever you want to devise.
