I do not think passing the double is a logical alternative, despite the fact that it could end up being right. We have no idea how many or what hearts and spades partner has so passing is just a wild gambling action. I really think this is simply the sort of hand that is bad for weak notrumps. As I have posted before, the auctions where opener starts with a minor then later doubles to show a strong notrump are very often filled with guesswork, which is a problem that doesn't exist when playing strong notrumps.
