Double, 2♥, 3♥, and 4♥ all show hearts. You have no particular reason to think RHO is psyching.

I'll also pass. I have nothing, it's very likely partner just had a strong hand that was going to X and bid something, especially when RHO bids hearts, so I see no need to bid now and cause him to get us way overboard with that hand type. Of course it's possible that RHO has psyched but it's not like the auction is over yet and there's no reason to assume he has psyched.

Assuming 1♥ is forcing, I will pass for now. It is pretty likely partner had a "power double" which will be revealed at his next turn. If not (and RHO is therefore psyching), I will have the opportunity to make a natural heart bid later in the auction.

I'll back off here and change it to pass. My pard's don't make weak offshape doubles and with a max of a doubleton heart, I can sneak in later if necessary.

Indeed. And if pard passes instead of bidding again, it's because pard has your usual 13 hcp 4441 take-out dbl, in which case you're not stopping short of 5♥ :)

P's double implies 3+ hearts and promises 2+ so RHO is likely to be psyching. If this is correct, 2♥.

If partner frequently doubles with 2 hearts and sometimes with less, I'll pass.

I don´t see the logic in 2 Heart. We will always score better if we double 1 Heart instead of bidding two heart and we make it easier for pd to bid his possible one suiter.
Okay, maybe you double with High cards in HEarts and bid 2 Hearts with 6+ small ones. But I must confess that my agreements with my pd aren´t so deep.

So I think, that my descission would be between X and pass and I would choose the first.

IMO pass is obvious and 3♥ is a silly bid in light of RHO's 1♥ call. Maybe this will work if RHO was fooling around, but how can we expect something good out of this if he actually has 4 hearts?
