So, I've been plagued by skin problems all my life. I've seen many dermotologists.
A couple of them said no need for expensive skincare products (like those deluxe luxury brands, or even clinique and stuff like that.) They claim all brands are the same, can only clean the surface dirt, no "Deep cleansing" claims work.
So whoever has good skin, can you please share what you use?

genetics.......
otherwise anything with urea (one of the best emollients known)
and don't overdo it. Routine daily cleansing is enough. Products with retinol a or with oxybenzoic acid help skin sluff off and disinfect the pores (respectively) but a good diet with a minimum of skin destroying toxins (coffee (nooooo!!!!!) soft drinks with phosphoric acid etc.) is to be recommended.
