You are in 4H in the following:
Lead T

You are in 4H after this bidding: (South dealer)

1H-2C-2H-P-2S-P-4H-PPP

West leads the T. You win with the A and immediately lead the J. The K wins!

Now you play K, which west wins. He next wins the A and leads a low club.

Now what, you lucky dog?

Pull trump (ending in dummy) and lead forward the spade jack, If west started with 109 doubleton you score an overtrick.

You risk the contract if west has lead from Q109x, but that seems impossible. If your opponents have no clue then you might lead a spade to the 8 instead, to guarantee the contract.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

Eeks. Sorry. The spade spots weren't that good. Have modified the original post.

If East has Q982, it seems you have to rely on endplaying East.
Ruff a , cash two top trumps, if trump break is 2-2 you are home: ruff , ruff , play small to East, he has to give you a trick.
