This is a tough question to answer, because I do not know who I am and because I do not know what people will do.
If I am in all seats, playing 2/1 GF:
1♠-P-1NT-2♥
X-P-3♣-all pass
That seems likely.
I mght as West make things ore interesting with one of two options. First, I might make a traditional "RUNT" 1N weak takeout. This would give East cover to compete to 3♥. Alternatively, West using "Son-of-RUNT" mike make a S-O-R Double, with the same end result.
If South uses Canape ala MICS, he opens 2♠ to show spades and clubs. Things get muddy and interesting after this, but North might even end up in 5♣, which is a lot easier payed by North (no problem with a diamond lead).
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."
